Zillow Group Hit With Lawsuit Over Unwanted Marketing Calls (1)

Zillow Group Inc. made marketing calls to telephone numbers on the National Do Not Call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, a new proposed federal class action said.

Richard Tuso alleged that Zillow made two marketing calls and sent 7 marketing texts to his phone during March and April, despite the fact that he had placed his number on the DNC registry and had repeatedly asked the company not to call or text him.
