A real estate photographer agreed to drop copyright infringement claims against Kale Salad Inc., which does business as Zillow Gone Wild.
Jennifer Bouma and Zillow Gone Wild agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice in an Oct. 10 filing in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, which Judge Orelia E. Merchant entered on Tuesday. Bouma sued Zillow Gone Wild, a popular Instagram account that showcases eccentric home listings on the Zillow platform, alleging the company posted several of her photos in blog posts and on its social media without her authorization.
