Yeshiva University, Seyfarth Shaw Face Claims Over Investigation

A Yeshiva University student may proceed with a deliberate indifference claim under Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments against the university, as well as state- and municipal-law aiding and abetting claims against the school’s and Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s defendants, a federal court in New York said.
