Yale New Haven Health System is facing a new federal lawsuit alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Connecticut Minimum Wage Act.

Ashley Pastor claims Yale New Haven failed to pay her and other similarly situated hourly employees for all hours worked, including overtime, by improperly rounding and editing time records and automatically deducting time for meal breaks that were missed, interrupted, or not fully taken.
