Former XFL owner Vince McMahon’s Alpha Entertainment Inc.—the company he created to operate the XFL—should be barred from pursuing bankruptcy claims to recover money paid to the league’s former commissioner, Oliver Luck, because the suit duplicates issues raised in Luck’s ongoing wrongful firing suit, Luck told the District of Connecticut.
