Xerox Workers Want Early Nod for $9.1 Million Class Wages Deal

Xerox Business Services LLC employees requested that a Washington federal court approve a $9.1 million settlement to resolve their class action claims over task-based wages.

The US District Court for the Western District of Washington should grant preliminary approval to the parties’ agreement giving 90% of the net settlement fund to one class and 10% to another class of workers who were dismissed from the case, the workers’ July 18 motion said.
