X, Former Twitter Worker Reach Deal to End Layoff Notice Suit

X Corp. and a former Twitter Inc. worker reached a settlement in principle that would end a lawsuit alleging that layoffs following Elon Musk’s 2022 Twitter takeover lacked required notice.

X and Eitan Adler are working to finish specific settlement terms, and plan to seek dismissal of their dispute before Sept. 11, the parties told the US District Court for the Northern District of California in an Aug. 22 filing.
