X Corp. Will Again Face Media Matters’ Texas to California Bid

Media Matters of America will get another shot at transferring X Corp.'s business disparagement lawsuit against the liberal watchdog from Texas to California.

The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in a ruling Tuesday said a Texas trial court had failed to properly analyze whether Media Matters should get a venue transfer and directed the lower court to reexamine the request.
