X Can Proceed With International Lawsuits Against Media Matters

Elon Musk‘s X Corp. can proceed with lawsuits in foreign countries against liberal watchdog Media Matters for America after a federal appeals court overturned an order blocking the international legal campaign of the company formerly known as Twitter.

A three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a short ruling Friday said that Media Matters had waited too long to bring a counter-lawsuit that seeks to stop X from litigating in Ireland and Singapore.
