Claims that Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc. failed to stop sex trafficking at properties in Ohio have been dismissed, with prejudice.
The US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Wednesday granted the parties’ joint motion to sever and dismiss the claims against the hospitality giant. But Wyndham still faces other Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act lawsuits, with new cases popping up as recently as June.
