Group III International Inc. is suing Wrangler for allegedly infringing its patent for luggage that has a foldable drink holder, in the District of Delaware.
Group III alleges Wrangler Apparel Corp. infringed six claims of their patent called “Combination Luggage and Drink Holder Assembly,” in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
