Worker’s Data Breach Claims Against OK Foods Sent to Arbitrator

OK Foods Inc. won’t have to face a worker’s class action alleging the company was negligent in connection with a data breach that exposed the information of tens of thousands of workers, a federal court ruled.

A binding arbitration agreement existed between the parties and covered the dispute entirely, Judge P. K. Holmes III of the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas said Friday. Holmes granted OK Foods’ motion for summary judgment.
