A man diagnosed with severe anxiety and back pain will have one last chance to properly serve his supervisors and human resources representatives with a disability discrimination lawsuit.
Jason Braun has until April 27 to serve the defendants personally rather than sending summons to the Center for Internet Security’s office, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York said in a Tuesday opinion denying the defendants’ dismissal motion.
