Workday Inc. again won its bid to dismiss California discrimination and retaliation claims brought by a former Maryland-based employee.
The worker failed to state sufficient facts to support a connection between the alleged discriminatory acts and California to have the state’s laws apply to his claims, Judge Peter H. Kang of the US District Court for the Northern District of California wrote in a Friday order dismissing most of the worker’s claims.
