Workday Lawyer’s Bias Suit Narrowed After Ruling, New Complaint

A Workday Inc. attorney fell short with allegations that the company discriminated against and harassed him because he is Black and has various disabilities, but he has reasserted most of his claims in a new complaint.

The US District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed the 12 claims in the original complaint on June 14, giving the former senior in-house counsel leave to amend the suit and noting that he had already filed an amended complaint.
