Workday AI Age Bias Case Should Be Class Action, Job Seeker Says

A lawsuit alleging Workday Inc.'s algorithm-based screening tools have kept employers from hiring workers age 40 or over should proceed on a nationwide-class basis, a rejected job seeker told a federal court.
