Wonderland Switzerland AG sued Evenflo Co. in a bid for new royalties it says could be tripled based on alleged continued sales of car seats a Delaware federal judge previously found infringe Wonderland patents.
The Wonderland International AG unit seeks supplemental and enhanced damages for post-trial and post-judgment sales of Evenflo’s EveryStage LX, DLX, and Gold car seats, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
The complaint alleges willful infringement of US Patent Nos. 7,862,117, 8,087,725, and 8,123,294.
