California manufacturer Wonderfold Corp. accused a Hong Kong company and related US entities of infringing its patents and trademarks for a collapsible rectangular stroller.
The defendants are infringing Wonderfold’s rights by selling their “Joymor stroller,” the company alleges in a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit names Highlink Trade Ltd., located in Hong Kong, Omnifamily Inc., located in California, and Omnihome, located in New Jersey.
