Female Ex-Twitter Workers Seek Class Status in Musk Bias Suit

Two former Twitter Inc. employees urged a federal court Friday to allow them to proceed as a class on their gender bias lawsuit over mass layoffs following Elon Musk‘s purchase of the social media company now known as X Corp.

The lawsuit has all the ingredients for class certification because common questions predominate, Carolina Bernal Strifling and Willow Wren Turkal said in the US District Court for the Northern District of California filing.
