WilmerHale Accused of Racial Discrimination by IP Lawyer in NYC

International law firm WilmerHale is being sued by one of its New York-based IP attorneys for discrimination, defamation, and inflicting emotional distress.

Former Senior Associate Jean Dassie, a 33-year-old naturalized American citizen originally from Cameroon, wants the court to award him damages against WilmerHale, as well as California-based counsel Anh-Khoa Tran, and another attorney who’s only referred to in the complaint as John Doe.
