Whitmer Kidnapping Plotters’ Convictions Upheld by Sixth Circuit

The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the convictions of two men who concocted a plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D).

There was enough evidence for a jury to find Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr. guilty, the three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said.
