White Oak’s Buyout of Ex-Manager Upheld by Delaware High Court

A ruling that found the ouster of a White Oak Global Advisors LLC affiliate’s managing director was invalid was affirmed Thursday by the Delaware Supreme Court.

The high court’s one-page order didn’t elaborate on its decision to uphold the Delaware Chancery Court’s April 12 opinion that found White Oak had to buy out Isaac Soleimani’s stake.
