Biotech conglomerate Danaher Corp. faces a proposed class action and collective from White male workers fighting its hiring policy promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

James Crittelli and Ryan Theodore say the manufacturer’s policy “discriminates against applicants and employees over the age of 40" and encourages “systemic discrimination against Caucasian men,” according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
