White House Beats Appeal of Biden-era Press Pass Policy (1)

A Cameroonian journalist who lost his White House press credential can’t revive his lawsuit challenging the approval process, the D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday.

The White House’s press pass policy doesn’t violate the First Amendment because it’s “both reasonable and viewpoint neutral,” Judge Florence Y. Pan of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said in the opinion.
