White Conservative Banned from Twitter Loses Discrimination Case

A White man banned from social media giant Twitter Inc. failed to properly allege that the company discriminated against him because of his race.

The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire dismissed Daniel Hall’s lawsuit on Monday, concluding that he failed to show that Twitter even knew his race.

Hall operated his Twitter account under a pseudonym, the court said. Hall alleged that Twitter nevertheless knew he was White because he espoused conservative beliefs and conservative voters are mostly White.
