West Texas Gas Beats Most Claims in Suit Over 2023 Data Breach

West Texas Gas Utility LLC defeated all but one claim a proposed class action alleging it negligently failed to protect the personal information of nearly 57,000 customers and employees that was exposed in a 2023 data breach.
