Wells Fargo Sued by Female Worker for Harassment, Discrimination

Wells Fargo Bank NA was hit with a lawsuit by a former employee who is alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for sexual discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Shirley Antonini said in her complaint that during her employment at Wells Fargo’s Union Deposit Branch, her supervisor Shawn Key subjected her to severe and pervasive sexual harassment, including inappropriate touching and comments about her body, using the women’s restroom, and playing sexually inappropriate music and movies at work.
