Wells Fargo Should Reimburse Costs of Remote Work, Suit Says (1)

Wells Fargo Bank NA should reimburse its workers’ business expenses, incurred while working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, a California employee said in a complaint filed in federal district court.

Tiffany Calderon, a treasury service associate who works for Wells Fargo, said the company didn’t reimburse her for remote work expenses or compensate her for overtime. Other treasury service associates were similarly affected, according to the complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
