California wellness supplement producer Botanic Tonics LLC alleged that a competitor is infringing its copyright and trademark rights by luring consumers to purchase its rival products.
“Feel Free” is a trademarked Botanic Tonics wellness brand with a “proprietary formula of kratom leaf and kava root,” marketed as a natural alternative to alcohol and energy drinks.
