The owner of a web-cursor patent told a federal court in Kansas it doesn’t have the money to pay
Lexos Media IP LLC said Monday “it has no current or anticipated future financial means to adhere to the Court’s March 13" order requiring it pay $81,132 that Overstock incurred responding to an expert report that Lexos filed outside of a court-imposed deadline. Lexos had been required to tender payment by Tuesday.
