Apparatus accuses Wayfair in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York of selling at least three lighting fixtures that are “practically indistinguishable” from its trademarked Cloud fixtures.
The allegedly infringing pieces all share the Cloud fixtures’ “overall parabolic shape, and its cluster of orbs suspended and clustered around a central light source, creating the overall effect of a hanging cloud,” according to Tuesday’s lawsuit.
