A technology company specializing in waste disposal says an investment firm and one of its senior employees attempted to sabotage it behind the scenes, according to a new lawsuit filed Tuesday.
RTS Holding Inc. sued K1 Investment Management LLC in Delaware’s Court of Chancery, saying it’s vicariously liable for aiding and abetting its employee’s alleged breach of fiduciary duty, according to a complaint. RTS is seeking damages and restitution from the defendants after they allegedly tried to spoil a lending agreement to allow K1 to gain control of the waste company.
