Washington regional hospital Yakima HMA LLC must face a nurse’s proposed class action seeking to recover unpaid wages after the state supreme court on Thursday ruled it was timely filed.

The hight court reversed a lower court’s opinion that the nurse’s lawsuit fell outside the statute of limitations.
