Washington state named some of the nation’s largest rental property managers in a new federal lawsuit Thursday alleging they colluded to illegally fix rental prices.
The suit against companies like RealPage Inc., Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield Inc., adds to the mounting legal challenges they face over allegations of price fixing. The US Department of Justice added Greystar and Cushman to its antitrust lawsuit against RealPage and other property management companies in January.
