Walmart Pharmacist Should Advance Retaliation Claim, Judge Says

A former Texas Walmart Inc. pharmacist and manager should proceed with a claim that the company unlawfully retaliated against him for requesting and taking leave to take care of a parent, a magistrate judge recommended.

Stephane Wantou adequately alleged the company violated the Family and Medical Leave Act by harassing him and reducing his pay after his sought leave, and then by firing him, US Magistrate Judge Ronald C.
