Wal-Mart Stores East LP has resolved a lawsuit filed by a digital personal shopper who says she was wrongfully fired for missing too much work due to a non-work-related concussion.
Walmart and Tina Murray agreed to settle her claims without prejudice, said Judge Sarala V. Nagala of US District Court for the District of Connecticut said in a text-only court docket entry. No settlement details were provided.
