Walmart Inc. was sued in federal court by a former customer service worker alleging race, age, and sex discrimination and retaliation under state and federal law.

Euxucina Girton, a 71-year-old Black woman, worked at the Oak Harbor Walmart store from October 2020 to February 2023, according to a Thursday complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
