Walgreens Exits Infants’ Pain Reliever Deceptive Marketing Suit

Walgreen Co.'s packaging of “infants” and “children’s” pain relievers wouldn’t trick parents into thinking only the “infants” product is safe for younger children when both have the same concentration of the active ingredient, a California federal court said.

Cameron Eidmann alleged Walgreens misled customers into believing its private-label product, which costs four times more than the children’s version, is specially formulated for infants.
