Walbro LLC defeated a manager’s bid to restore a jury’s $2.3 million discrimination verdict, the Sixth Circuit ruled, finding he didn’t link his firing after more than 41 years to his age.

Kenneth Lowe’s evidence at trial differed from his previous testimony and undercut his alleged direct proof, a unanimous panel said, agreeing with a lower court.
