Voice Actor Vic Mignogna Loses Defamation Appeal on Abuse Claims

Voice actor Vic Mignogna lost his defamation lawsuit against his former employer and two fellow actors that accused him on Twitter of sexual misconduct and harassment, after a Texas appeals court said he failed to show the defendants acted with actual malice.

Mignogna, famous for roles in the English translation of “Fullmetal Alchemist” and “Dragon Ball Z,” was accused by fans on Twitter of multiple instances of sexual misconduct over the years at anime conventions.
