Vision Solar LLC defeated a proposed class action alleging it made unsolicited telemarketing calls to consumers who registered their numbers on the national Do Not Call registry.
Plaintiff Brennan Landy failed in an amended complaint to cure deficiencies found in the original complaint as to the identity of the corporate defendant, Judge Joseph H. Rodriquez of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey said Tuesday.
Rodriguez dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice.
