Virginia Trans Policy Grant Suit Belongs in Federal Claims Court

Two Northern Virginia school boards challenging a reduction in access to federal funds because of their transgender student policies can only seek relief in the US Court of Federal Claims, not in a federal district court.

The Tucker Act gives the claims court jurisdiction over suits based on contracts with the US government.
