A northern Virginia county school board couldn’t shake claims that it failed to stop the bullying of a 14-year-old middle school student who identified as gay.
The student’s claims that the Prince William County, Virginia school board violated Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, by allowing his harassment to continue unchecked, should proceed, said Judge Rossie D.
