Virgin Galactic, Ex-Workers Settle Covid Religious Bias Suit

Subsidiaries of Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc. have settled religious bias claims with former employees who alleged they were denied religious accommodations from the companies’ Covid-19 vaccine mandate in 2021 and were fired after refusing to get vaccinated.

The case will be “ready for dismissal within 30 days,” the parties told the US District Court for the Eastern District of California in a settlement notice filed Sept. 19.
