Implicit Conversions Inc. is entitled to a preliminary injunction preventing its former chief technology officer and its human resources administrator from using information the CIO took from the company’s computer system after being fired, a federal court said.
Implicit produces video game emulators that allow classic video games to be played on modern consoles. After CIO Jacob Stine was fired for cited “erratic behavior and poor performance,” his credentials were deleted from Implicit’s system.
