Verve Ex-CEO Bill Weinstein Sues to Regain Helm of Talent Agency

The former CEO of a Los Angeles talent and literary agency launched a bid in California state court to wrest his position back, claiming he was ousted by the agency’s other two co-founders in a Presidents Day coup.

Verve Talent and Literary Agency LLC co-founders Bryan Besser and Adam Levine allegedly broke the company’s operating agreement when they fired William Weinstein without a special meeting, notice, or cause, according to the complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
