Verizon Stuck With Data Breach Class Suit Brought by Businesses

Verizon Communications Inc. must face some claims in a data breach lawsuit brought by a business customer that said its account had been compromised .

Los Gatos-Saratoga Community Education and Recreation said that after a email bombing campaign, its monthly business account bill increased from around $400 on average to over $4,000, and it learned that someone made unauthorized device purchases with its account.
