The Government Accountability Office denied VectorCSP LLC’s protest bid over the US Coast Guard’s contract award for the complete life cycle management of a ship design and engineering project.
The GAO in a decision released on Wednesday rejected Vector’s argument that the agency should have given it credit for its knowledge about a predecessor contract it used as a reference instead of marking it as irrelevant based on previous decisions.
