VDARE Loses First Amendment Appeal Over Canceled Conference

VDARE Foundation Inc., an anti-immigrant organization whose Colorado Springs conference was canceled by a private resort days after the violent Charlottesville rally, failed to show the city violated its First Amendment rights by saying it wouldn’t provide municipal resources for the event, a divided Tenth Circuit affirmed.

VDARE booked a conference at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs in March 2017.
