Vanderbilt QB Can Play in 2025 After Court Ruling Against NCAA

A Vanderbilt University football player can maintain his Division I eligibility next year, after a federal judge ruled against the NCAA in an antitrust case challenging the sports organization’s junior college transfer rules.

Chief Judge William L. Campbell Jr. of the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in a Wednesday order granted plaintiff Diego Pavia his motion for a preliminary injunction to halt NCAA rules that would prevent Pavia from playing D-I football in 2025.
